Okay I just had a talk with Gin and here is the ruling on it he added the ability for us to ban but heres one catch you can only Ban users with four or more warning no less and if you are caught banning unjustly you will be removed from staff our job is to keep this place neat and enjoyable not trashy and hated.

that would be me who set that up, and i gave strict ruling to it, if a mod is caught banning unjustifinly,his is to be reported to an admin mainly me or ben , and will be banned and possible removed from the position of moderator

thats true if you ban anyone i would tell a admin before you do so they know and it might save your job. so in all good just be wise.
